Book A Treatment

Upon booking, I will ask you for a deposit to secure your booking. If you cancel within a 48 hour notice period, you will receive your deposit bac.k. If you need to cancel after the 48 hour notice period, unfortunately I would need to keep the deposit as it's unlikely I would be able to book in another client. Please see more info about Deposits below. 

I will then ask for your email to send you a consultation form and with all the info needed. Please ensure to read the consultation form thoroughly and fill in before the treatment so I can have a look through before you come. The consultation form is really important as it helps me to understand your needs for the treatment. 

I ask that you please arrive 5 minutes before the treatment start time so that there is time to discuss anything that is needed, thank you. 

Mobile Treatments: 

If it's a mobile treatment, I will need to arrive 15 minutes before to set up, you will not be charged for this. 

I do charge extra for petrol - depending on distance.
