Refunds & cancellations policy

How it works

I ask for 24 hour notice period for any refunds & cancellations. If you give 48 hours notice, you will receive your deposit back. Less than 48 hour notice makes it unlikely I will be able to book another client in, so unfortunately I would need to keep the 50% deposit as compensation. 


If you do not arrive for your appointment or call me after your treatment was booked in, I have to take full payment. 


If you have an emergency or in the instance of a situation that simply can not be avoided, please contact me and I would be happy to be accommodate a refund in unavoidable situations. 


Please see the 'Gift Vouchers' page for information on refunding a voucher.


For Case Study treatments, as this is such low cost, I can not offer refunds if you have not booked within my Case Study period (if I finish my Case Studies and you still need to book as a Case Study) then unfortunately I can not offer a refund.
